• The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.

• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

• The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Wanderlust India Travels reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Wanderlust India Travels control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Wanderlust India Travels  will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• The driver might turn off the AC on hilly terrains as it might become difficult to drive on such roads.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Wanderelust India Travels] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
• Auli ropeway is closed from 2021, chair car is operational. The cab will go till parking point, after that you can book the chair car.
• For Mansa Devi and Chanda Devi, the vehicle will go till parking point, you can book cable car from there and do the darshan.
